I will discuss the importance of eating for pleasure as well as for health. You will learn that you can lose weight without counting carbs or counting calories and definitely without consuming unwanted chemicals and artificial additives.

Classes are held at Whole Foods Market (usually) on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Please make note of the new class time of 6:30pm.
Whole Foods Market is located 4315 Arden Way (the corner of Arden and Eastern). The class is held in the Salud.
