possible) raw foods that are beautiful, tempting and
delicious. You'll see how easy the recipes are to prepare
and learn why enzymes, minerals, and antioxidants that
have not been denatured thourgh cooking, are vitally
important for life and healing. Learn the difference
between raw and living foods, germination, sprouting,
dehydrating and how eating more raw foods can be a life
changing experience towards vibrant health for your body
and mind. Your taste buds will be begging for more!
This week you will learn how to make healthy
Sensational Summer Salads, Dips and Spreads.
I will discuss the importance of eating for pleasure as
well as for health. You will learn that you can lose
weight without counting carbs or counting calories and
definitely without consuming unwanted chemicals and
artificial additives.
