Famous Chefs such as 'Juliano', Chad Sarno, Victoria Boutenko, Cherie Soria, Elaine Love, Matt Samuelson and many others will be present. Other names you might recognize include Doug Graham and Rob Miller. Victoria, Doug, and Rob have all previously spoken at Raw Sacramento events.
Right now Southwest Airlines has promotional fares of just $34 one-way to Portland. Driving takes about 9 hours (580 miles).
